Kerry E.

Kerry is a reading instructor with experience teaching Special Education in public schools in both Washington, DC and Denver. She recently completed her Orton-Gillingham training through the Orton Gillingham Academy. Reflecting a lifelong interest in language and culture, Kerry holds a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania in International Relations and an M.A. from Harvard University in Russian Studies. Kerry cares deeply about supporting children’s literacy and prizes the opportunity to engage with individual learners to help them meet their goals. Kerry lives in Denver with her husband and two young sons. Outside the tutoring room, she seeks the outdoors and enjoys skiing and traveling with her family and friends. Kerry is always building up her humor, history, and fantasy reading lists and welcomes recommendations.
