She loves working with students and getting to see how much they grow over the year! She was trained in the Science of Reading, FUNdations, and Heggerty. Erin has also completed training in Orton-Gillingham through the Institute for Multisensory Education (IMSE). Erin maintains a professional teaching license in the state of Colorado along with READ Act and ESL (English as a Second Language) endorsements through the CDE (Colorado Department of Education). Erin believes in a positive, safe, and collaborative environment that allows for students to develop a growth mindset as well as a love for learning. When Erin is not in the classroom or tutoring, she enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and two miniature schnauzers. Additionally, Erin loves to read and paint, and enjoys hiking in the beautiful mountains of Colorado.
